1. About these terms

This website is operated by Modtronic Pte Ltd (“Modtronic”, “we”, “us” or “our”), an automotive workshop at 2 Kaki Bukit Avenue 2, Kaki Bukit Autohub, #02-17, Singapore 417921. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Information, not a workshop diagnosis

The website provides general information about our business, services and documented workshop cases. It is not a substitute for inspecting or diagnosing a particular vehicle. Similar symptoms can have different causes, and a repair shown in one case may not be appropriate for another vehicle.

Website content is not a binding quotation, promise of availability, safety certification or guarantee of outcome. A vehicle-specific inspection and our written confirmation may be required before we can recommend work, confirm parts, price or timing.

3. Enquiries and appointments

Sending a message, using a WhatsApp link or submitting information does not by itself create an appointment or service contract. An appointment is confirmed only when Modtronic accepts it. Please provide accurate information and do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.

4. Workshop services

Actual workshop services may be governed by a separate quotation, work order, invoice, warranty statement or other terms agreed with you. If those specific service documents conflict with these website terms in relation to the workshop work, the specific service documents will apply to that work.

Recommendations may change when inspection or dismantling reveals additional conditions. We will seek approval for material additional work where required. Parts availability, supplier lead times and third-party services may affect estimated completion dates.

5. Work Journal and photographs

The Work Journal describes real workshop cases for educational and informational purposes. Content may be edited for clarity, privacy and length. It does not reveal every inspection, measurement or procedure undertaken and should not be treated as repair instructions.

Customer details are excluded from public stories. Registration plates are generally concealed unless documented customer consent or another appropriate authorisation permits display. Vehicle and manufacturer names, badges or trademarks may appear for identification only. Modtronic is not affiliated with or endorsed by a vehicle manufacturer unless expressly stated.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website’s design, text, original photographs, graphics and compilation are owned by or licensed to Modtronic. You may view and share links to public pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape, systematically extract, alter or commercially exploit website content without written permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks and copyrighted material remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its availability or security. This includes introducing malicious code, seeking unauthorised access, impersonating another person, harvesting data, using automated requests that impose an unreasonable load, or using the site for unlawful, misleading or harmful purposes.

8. Third-party services and links

The website may link to Google, Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and other third-party services. Those services are operated independently and have their own terms, privacy policies and availability. A link does not mean that Modtronic controls or accepts responsibility for the third-party service.

9. Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep public information useful and current, but errors, omissions or interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by Singapore law, Modtronic is not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on general website content, inability to access the site, misuse of the site, or a third-party site or service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affects rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data connected with the website, workshop enquiries, service records, published cases and authorised business-publishing tools.

12. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their stated effective date. These terms are governed by Singapore law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
